Hello all; It was lovely to see many of you this summer at various summery festival type places, even if all of them didn’t look quite so summery. We still had a ball. Hanging with the likes of Dan Bern, Joel Plaskett, Elliott Brood.. we could get used to this. We’ve just about exhausted the would-you-rather game, though. Wait, what? Never!!
The Fugitives will be taking a little time for our members to focus on solo stuff– Babs is composing pieces about animals with Fang and working with the symphony (!); Brendan is working hard on his novel (!) and also doing some touring; and Adrian just released a solo CD (you can grab it here ) and will be touring Eastern/Western Canada in Sept/Oct (his tour dates so far here, more to come).
We promise we’ll be with you again soon so stay in touch.
